Subscription and Billing
The platform operates on a per-technician subscription model. A 30-day free trial is available for new businesses. After the trial, a monthly subscription fee applies based on the number of billable technicians. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload (such as tickets, notes, and documents) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it solely to operate the service for you.

Service Availability

Termination
